Ashley Bupp, Principal

Ashley brings to the (sequined covered) table over 10 years of event experience.  She started her career in the Sales and Catering Office at a hotel in Washington, DC where she quickly went from color coordinating their filing system to orchestrating weddings and corporate events for groups as little as 10 to as large as 300.  

After 5 years, her dream of working in the non-profit world finally came true when she started planning events for Friends of the National Zoo at Smithsonian's National Zoo.  There, she tackled some of the biggest and most rewarding challenges.  Monsoon like weather. Stinky elephants.  Freezing weather (literally).  There was nothing she couldn't overcome with a smile on her face.  

She thrives off her excel spreadsheets jam packed with timeline details and keeping attendee and vendor information organized.  As well as the hustle and bustle that every 17 hour event day brings - fueled by coffee, breakfast and dessert.  

When she's not designing and planning you can find her dancing around the kitchen to Disney music keeping her daughters entertained while trying her hand at new recipes.  Out for walks or bike rides with her husband, Zach.  Or, simply curled up on the sofa with either a glass of pinot noir or a mug of mint chocolate chip ice cream with rainbow jimmies (depending on the day!) catching up on her Real Simple.
